✨ Project Snapshot

This project is done in collaboration with Fidelity Investment’s AI Incubator Group— a subset of FCAT (the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology) to consider how A.I. capabilities might be leveraged during the transfer of wealth and knowledge in the financial services sector five years in the future.

  1. How might we leverage AI to capture and then move beyond the capabilities of a human
    representative/financial advisor?

  2. How might the resulting customer engagement agent/tool appropriately span a customer’s interactions during critical periods of wealth transfer?

The Cooper family spans three generations, each at a different life stage with distinct financial needs and responsibilities. Their interconnected roles shape Scott Cooper’s experience as he navigates family, legacy, and decision-making.

Interactive Conversational Interface

Omnivia is a visualization tool which 
collects data based on voice recognition technology, displaying family member’s quotes as interactive cards. Participants 
can drag and drop these cards inside the circle of values to affect visualization insights.


Collaborative Smart Table

Family members and advisors sit 
around a smart table. Together, they experience the value visualizations appearing at the center of the table. Personalized dashboards display relevant information individually to each user. The table format encourages family members to converse and participate equally toward achieving shared goals.

Value Cloud Generation

Tool listens for verbal cues during client-advisor conversations. Using sentiment analysis, it detects key 
words tied to personal values. These sentiments are then translated into 
visual “clouds,” making clients’ values visible and discussable.

Predictive & Context-Aware Insights

The tool forecasts financial outcomes 
and surfaces smart, sentiment-driven suggestions. Recommendations appear as dynamic cards that can be prioritized or saved for future planning, helping clients make aligned and confident decisions.

  2. Supports multi-generational engagement, empowering family members to collaborate meaningfully.

  3. Reduces anxiety by making abstract or complex financial topics tangible and thus easier to discuss.
