About

The Bharati Vidyapeeth Rabindranath Tagore School of Excellence (BVRTSE) is inspired by the teachings and philosophy of the Nobel laureate Shri Rabindranath Tagore. BVRTSE, an IGCSE School in Pune, emulates an education system that is deeply rooted in one's immediate surroundings but connected to the cultures of the wider world and individualised to the personality of the child.

Objective

A space branding project carried out at DesignWorks studio. The objective was to design artworks for the cafeterias, reception, washroom walls and staircase wall space in the educational institute.

The Concept

The 4 geographical regions were distributed across the 4 staircases in the institute-Europe, Africa, Americas, Asia Pacific. The idea was to give the user an experience of traversing across the globe as climbing up the stairs.
